AI Agency · leadership and team

mIA runs the digital AI Agency

Every real assignment starts with a specific need. mIA listens, organises the work, calls in the right specialists and brings their contributions together into a coherent answer.

Her responsibility does not end with handing out tasks: she keeps the context, reviews what is delivered and flags what needs verification. You set the priorities and approve the decisions; mIA coordinates the team to prepare a deliverable you can review and use.

What an AI Agency is

An AI Agency is a team of agents with defined roles that work together to complete an assignment. Each agent combines instructions, a speciality and the tools it has enabled. It can research, organise information, produce materials or support a technical task, depending on the work you assign.

mIA is your point of contact and the team’s director: she turns your request into a plan, decides which specialists take part and connects their results. For example, a proposal may go through Lince to check sources, Brújula to organise the plan and lIA to prepare the presentation. You receive a joint deliverable with its sources, decisions and open points.

It is useful when a job needs several specialities or repeats a process: preparing reports, transforming documentation, developing a tool or designing training. To get started, provide the goal, the materials available, the deadline and the delivery format. Agree with mIA which steps she can carry out and which require your review.

From request to delivery

01

Understand

mIA defines the goal, the context and the criteria that will make the result useful.

02

Bring in talent

She calls in the profiles the assignment needs, from research or design to code, law or security.

03

Validate

She integrates the contributions, checks the limits and coordinates the final delivery.

Cases and uses

These examples show how the team’s specialities can be combined. Each agent’s involvement and the scope of the deliverable are adjusted to your materials, tools and goals.

Research and prepare a decision

You need to compare solutions or understand a sector before choosing.

The team: Lince checks sources; Brújula organises alternatives and criteria; mIA brings the conclusions together.

The deliverable: A comparative report with sources, advantages, limits and questions still to be resolved.

Turn documents into materials

You have scattered notes, documents and data to prepare a meeting or a proposal.

The team: Lince summarises the information; lIA designs the presentation; mIA checks that the message meets the goal.

The deliverable: A consistent executive summary, proposal and presentation, ready for your review.

Automate a repetitive task

You want to organise files, transform data or reduce the manual work in a process.

The team: Forja designs and builds the solution; Becaria helps with scripts, checks and documentation; mIA coordinates the requirements.

The deliverable: A tested prototype or automation, with instructions for use and the necessary permissions defined.

Prepare a risk review

You are going to introduce AI into a process and need to identify what information and access are involved.

The team: LexIA organises the privacy and compliance issues; Centinela reviews the technical exposure; mIA integrates their observations.

The deliverable: A risk map, proposed measures and issues to be reviewed by those responsible for the project.

Design hands-on training

You need to explain an AI topic to a team with different levels of experience.

The team: AulaIA structures the concepts; lIA prepares the visual materials; Brújula organises the sessions; mIA coordinates the proposal.

The deliverable: A programme with examples, exercises and materials adapted to the audience and the learning goals.

Plan and communicate a project

You want to move from a broad idea to a proposal your team can carry out.

The team: Brújula defines milestones and priorities; Lince provides context; lIA prepares the communication pieces; mIA aligns the whole.

The deliverable: A work plan with tasks, deliverables and review criteria, together with materials to present it.

Privacy, cookies and use of AI

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This notice applies to Tligent and its content: the tligent.com website, the AI guide, its tools and its archived versions. It explains what information is involved when you browse or contact us, what is stored on your device and how to request information about its processing.

1. Identification and contact

For questions about privacy, content or exercising your rights, write to the contact email address stating the reason for your request.

2. Information involved when you use the website

The pages do not include user registration. Browsing generates requests to the hosting provider and to the services that supply resources: these may include your IP address, browser information, the date and the resource requested. The hosting provider may keep technical logs to operate the service and deal with security incidents.

Contact form. The home page includes a form that asks for your name, organisation, email address, phone number and the text of your enquiry; the name, email address and enquiry are required. The form does not transmit that data to this site or store it there: when you press “Send enquiry” it prepares a message addressed to info@tligent.com in your email application, and it is only sent if you confirm it there. If your email application does not open, the form offers to open the same message in Gmail or Outlook on the web, or to copy it: in that case the text is transmitted to the service you choose. If you do not send it, the data does not leave your device. Before the message is prepared you are asked to tick the box accepting this notice.

If you write to us, directly or through the form, you provide your address and the information you include in the message. They will be used to answer your enquiry, handle your request and maintain the commercial contact related to it. Depending on its nature, the legal basis will be your consent, given by accepting this notice and sending the message, the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request, or the legitimate interest in replying to communications. Do not include sensitive data that is not necessary.

Communications will be kept for as long as necessary to deal with the request and, where applicable, to comply with legal obligations or respond to liabilities. You can ask by email about the retention periods and providers that apply to your case.

3. Cookies and storage on your device

Cookies and similar technologies make it possible to store or retrieve information in the browser. Some tools on this website use localStorage to keep features you use; it is not the same as a cookie sent to the server with every request.

Guide progress
tligent_beta_guia_progress_v1: automatically saves the cards you mark as seen and restores them when you open the guide again in the same browser.
Gemini Notebook modules
tligent_beta_modules_db: keeps the catalogue and the changes made in the tool.
Gemini Notebook prompts
tligent_beta_prompts_db: keeps the prompts and their changes in that browser.
Chosen language
tligent_idioma: if you change language with the selector in the header, it remembers your choice so that pages open in that language. If you do not use it, the website chooses the language from your browser preferences and stores nothing.
Analytics decision
tligent_consentimiento_analitica: remembers whether you have accepted or rejected analytics, so that you are not asked on every visit.

This storage has no expiry date set in the code: it remains until you delete it, the tool replaces it or the browser clears it. The code for these features does not send it to a database of our own. Clearing the site data from your browser settings also removes the saved progress and customisations; use the export options of the tools that offer them if you want to keep a copy first.

Analytics with Google Analytics 4. If you accept it in the notice shown when you arrive, this website loads Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to learn in aggregate which pages are visited, how visitors reach them, from which type of device and from which country. Until you accept, Google’s code is not loaded and its cookies are not stored. If you accept, the _ga and _ga_* cookies are stored, which tell one browser from another for a maximum of 13 months, and Google receives technical data about the visit, including the IP address, which according to Google is not stored in Analytics 4. They are not used for advertising purposes and Google signals are disabled in this website’s configuration.

The legal basis for analytics is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI). Google may process the data outside the European Economic Area, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or other appropriate safeguards. Your decision is stored in this browser and is requested again after one year. Rejecting does not limit your use of the website, and you can change your mind at any time with this button:

No behavioural advertising has been added. This description does not guarantee the absence of third-party cookies or processing, or of additional hosting configurations.

Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI requires information and consent for non-exempt technologies. Those needed for a communication or for a service expressly requested may be exempt under the terms of the law. Opening or closing this notice does not amount to accepting non-essential cookies.

4. External resources and services

Depending on the page, Google Fonts, styles and libraries from CDNs, icons, images or external QR codes are loaded. These connections may transmit technical data to their providers as soon as the page loads, without any need to click a link.

Links to AI tools, videos, calendars and other websites lead to services with their own policies. Before giving them information, review their terms, recipients and possible international transfers. Where applicable, these transfers must have the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR; the specific information depends on the provider and the service used.

5. Your rights

Where applicable, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability or objection. If processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of the earlier processing. Write to info@tligent.com describing your request; additional identification will only be requested if it is necessary.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Requests are generally answered within one month; any extension provided for by law must be notified and justified.

6. Transparency about artificial intelligence

The content of this website has been generated wholly or partly with artificial intelligence tools. This may include text, images, portraits of agents, teaching materials and code. The agents are presented as AI profiles; their portraits do not attest to the identity of real people.

The content is for information and training purposes. It may contain errors, omissions or information that has become outdated; check relevant statements against the original sources before using them to make decisions. Historical pages keep earlier versions and do not necessarily represent current information.

This statement reports the origin of the materials and relates to the transparency provisions of the AI Act. It is not a certification of accuracy and does not replace a review of the obligations that apply to each use.
